Weird first draft

This might have made a good book if someone had bothered to edit it.

The first five or so chapters shoot the horse dead and then beat it mercilessly for hours. It's shocking how much time the author spends belaboring the point about what they think is wrong with the world today.

Then the book switches gears into self help mode, seemingly almost afraid to mention the word God.

The most shocking thing of all to me is that by the end of the book the author has flipped to full on sermon mode. It's almost like three books written by three completely different people.

It's been a very long time since I was this confounded by a book. I mean no ill will towards the author but this book was in desperate need of better editing.
