very helpful and motivating. I listened before bed
I really recommend if you feel like your not getting the most out of your own thoughts and you need that extra motivation of positive thinking.

didn't make me go to sleep or under<br />
I wanted it to work but for me it didnt. when it told me to to things it made me feel things like mucus and things that make me feel uncomfortable
