Very general guidelines

The book is ok, Nothing special or deep about social skills, very short and most of the things are common sense.

Very good tips and ideas

Lots of good tips and ideas to communicate more effectively and connect with people. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I thought some of the ideas needed more expansion and "fleshing out." I liked the narrator. His tone and style of delivery were a good fit for this book,
