There are many books and courses about self-motivation and inspiration. You might have heard hundreds of platitudes and affirmations. Each of them sounds valid but their utility is limited when you actually find yourself stuck in a pit of pain and despair.
Loving Ordinary Life is meant to make a functional difference. It's not a treatment for depression. It is about living a life where depression has no place. Loving Ordinary Life is your guide. It is designed so that you can listen to any section and find the inspiration to act and improve your life when you're feeling down.
Each chapter in Loving Ordinary Life is a tool for moving from a negative idle state to a positive proactive state. It displays to you the art of being present, free, and genuine every day. If you want to be more fulfilled and enjoy life more, if you're open to quality changes, Loving Ordinary Life will become your loyal companion.
Everything is within your power. You are the master of your life. How you experience it depends only on you. Take the lead.
"Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking." - Marcus Aurelius

What made the experience of listening to Loving Ordinary Life: The Self-Help Book for People Who Are Tired of Self-Help Books the most enjoyable?
I must say I liked this audiobook a lot. It teaches several techniques to live a more peaceful and better life, offering practical insights and solutions to improve our everyday life. I also liked the fact that the author, Anastasia, narrates the audiobook, which is well narrated and adds an original, more personal touch.

Wonderful affirmation, motivation, and meditation
It's interesting to listen to a book which is clearly meant to be enjoyed visually in the full context of its illustrations merely read aloud by its author. Anastasia Petrenko's voice lends a meditative and reflective quality to her original work, and I'm very glad she did not hire someone else to narrate it in her stead. The authenticity of her accent and slightly uncommon speaking style makes this a quite unique listen, and the recording quality is excellent despite its short length.
I recommend keeping this little treasure on your Audible app and relistening to it from time to time when you need a reminder to stop and enjoy all aspects of life, even the negative. It is one of the best books on happiness, motivation, and inspiration to enjoy with relative ease. If you really love it, get the paperback as a visual companion and permanent physical keepsake of its lessons. I can't wait to hear what comes next from this new author.

I was excited about this book to begin with then quickly found out didn't hold my interest. I'm sorry to say I struggled with the accent whilst listening to it. Some authors get other people to narrate their book and there is a good reason for that. it makes for listening pleasure.
I didn't really glean any new info here Anna most of it is available in multiple other sources. A mish-mash of common thought and theory that already exists.
Halfway through I decided I couldn't listen to her voice anymore. Very unfortunate because this book could be great listening for a novice.
