lovely meditation - enjoyed the variation
Yes, I would. It has many different versions of the meditation, so it makes it easier on the ears to hear it in different settings. I enjoyed the calmness of the session and liked the length overall. I also liked that I could choose which setting I wanted to meditate in.
I don't think I have, but I wasn't too fond of the performance. However, the narration was decent enough even though I think a different voice would be have better. I did enough the pace and that a female narrator was chosen. It was pleasant overall.
The meditation has you practice some loving kindness exercises, which was a little difficult at first, but I got into it more the second time around.
It is a lovely meditation that can easily be listened to more than once, and certainly teaches how to be more loving with yourself and others. I liked it and do recommend it.
