Very enjoyable and compliments Happy for No Reason

I have the book and purchased the audiobook to listen to while traveling. Shimoff describes and explores unconditional love as an experience that begins within and brings joy and happiness to daily experiences alone and in relationship with others. It's a great compliment to Happy for No Reason.

Wealth of resources

Filled with exercises this book is an uplifting and inspiring work. The stories are facinating and there is much to be learned as she draws upon the experience of so many people.

Not all audible Good stories.

I got this version of the book to LISTEN to it. There are many good stories. BUT, she wants you to stop regularly and download a pdf and READ that and do some exercise. As an audible, I want to listen not read. It would be helpful to guide the reader through the many exercises verbally. There is some value to just listening which I did and probably others too. More telling us then benefits love instead of guiding us to actual Practical help. If you want to listen only, this is probably not for you.

Very Disappointing

I purchased this book because I wanted to have everyone feel unconditional love through me.

I never finished the book. It is a rambling work including yoga and other worthless content.

I wish audible gave refunds.
