Publisher's summary

Do you feel like you're stuck? Do you feel alone? Do you live in fear that your struggles might push others away? Do you wonder if your faith is a fraud because of the emptiness in your soul? Are you weary of trying to play by the rules and pretend that everything is okay? In Love Well, Jamie George confronts the popular heresy that God's children are meant to live a life absent of pain, sorrow, or conflict. On the contrary, Jamie passionately describes brokenness as a divine gift and a necessary God-ordained path to experiencing true joy and genuine redemption. With surprising transparency, Jamie shares his personal journey of getting unstuck and provides reassuring comfort for those looking to move beyond their pain toward a life of connection and grace.

A Master Class- How to Love Well

I am blown away by Jamie and Angie George! This is truly a master class of love! A guide book on how to persevere through the challenges to grow to love well! Thankful for their transparency and vulnerability. Their story is a blessing for those who are aware and ready to receive it.

If you can't stomach even one more polished sermon...

You're gonna love Jamie George. The polar opposite of a plastic pastor with a Cheshire Cat smile and a hallelujah handshake, Jamie courageously walks you right into his own very messy story. The result is a gritty & refreshingly honest exploration of life, faith, and what it means to be fully human.

If you're like me, you grew up in church surrounded by people who, for the most part, meant well. But there was a problem...the "elephant in the room" so to speak. Once someone was "saved", they were supposed to be not screwed up anymore...right? "I once was lost, but now...ta-DAH!!!" The result? Broken people suffering in silence and an epidemic of shame. Talk about stuck.

"Love Well" is about a different way of living, and being, and doing. It's an invitation to the path less traveled...because it's scary as hell. But what if Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee had stayed at the Shire? What a dull story it would have been. Don't stay stuck. This is the Journey worth taking. Adventure awaits...and pain, and self-awareness, and grace, and meaningful friendships...and so much more.

And speaking of friendship, and I'll close with this...

Listening to Jamie read "Love Well" is like having coffee with a friend. You're busy. You need to go. But you're so engrossed in the conversation that you just can't tear yourself away.

It's that good.
