Publisher's Summary

According to Edgar Cayce and modern psychology, your subconscious mind is extraordinarily creative and will follow the directions you give it. With the A.R.E. Presleep Series, your conscious mind will work in harmony with your subconscious.
There are no hidden subliminal messages, only a safe and effective method of working with the power of suggestion. This presleep audio will comfort you in your loss, and get you in touch with the higher purpose for existence. Be calmed and comforted in knowing and feeling that all things happen for a reason, and that though your loss may at times seem unbearable, you’ll come to view it as a natural passing, one that is not final but a passing into a new consciousness that extends beyond the physical plane.

Helpful Insight

Listening to this audio before bedtime helped me to enter a calm state where I could suspend my grief for a little bit. Later, I found the reassurance of the message to assist with my waking thoughts and ease the pain of loss. There is a repetitive nature to the message but this helps the ideas sink in and naturally lulls you into sleep. I highly recommend listening to these helpful words about God's plan and the ebb and flow of life. A little bit of hope goes a long way.
