Excellent tool for weight loss
I would highly recommend this book. Not only has this helped my with my weight loss but it helps me to relax and I am sleeping better.
I am food addicted. I think about food 24-7. I have lost ALOT of weight and it has been very difficult. I am prone to making bad food choices and going on binges. Since listening to this audio recording before bed for a month I find that I am thinking about food alot less and that I am not even interested in making bad food choices. I see sweets and carbs and I just automatically dismiss them! It has freaked me out a little bit. My quality of life has improved greatly.
