It feels like it is working. The difference is in my attitude about my body - which seems to have shifted in a way I cannot describe. I don't know how or why I feel more relaxed and at peace about my weight loss goals... but I feel like I can actually get to the weight I desire. It's a great change from my usual pessimism about my body!!

I liked the narration and the relaxing feeling I got while listening. It was a great break from the day, and even helped me unwind while I focused on losing weight.
Some of the insight from the hypnosis struck a cord with me. It's wisdom I already knew, but hadn't heard in a long time. I guess I don't talk about my struggle with weight with anyone, so I never get a chance to hear good advice. These suggestions came at a much needed time for me.
