If you can stand the music

This audio recording will eventually work. But the background music made me feel as if I were in a funeral parlor! I like what she has to say, and you will benefit from listening. There are other hypo-therapy programs at audible that are better in both tone of voice and background music. I suggest you listen to the online sample and pay particular attention to the background music BEFORE you buy!

It really works!!!

I was kind of skeptical but after listening to it on my Ipod after a few days I noticed some changes. I find that I do not crave sweets as much and I want to eat a lot healthier without having to force myself to do it.
