It looked so good on paper
Well, considering that my muscles were tighter the next day, I am not sure what to say. I waited a few days and listened again with the same results. I'm not sure why that happened.
The sounds were distracting as well. The first track was supposed to be a fire place, I think. The snapping and random cracking were actually stressful, and I had to wonder if they had ever really heard a nice fire in a fireplace.
It would have been better if it did what it promised to do. The sound tracks need some work too.
No, I have used others with good results.
All the CD ins this series have the same sound track, and I can't stand to listen to that noise. Maybe the others are better, but I will never know, because I will never, ever listen to them.
This was horrible!!
There was no verbal guidance to lead you to relaxing your muscles. Sounds of acrackling fire and thunderstorms were nice, but the cacophony of whale songs were awful! I sounded like a bunch of cows lowing among the chirps and clicks of whales and dolphins. Pretty soon the abundance of sounds started to be just annoying noise. Not relaxing at all. I do not recommend this for a beginner of meditation and only for someone who finds hoards of whales soothing.
