Very effective, I loved it.
I travel too much to see a therapist or a coach, so this was perfect for me. After a detailed intro, is a series of 20 minute guided imagery meditations called power dreams. I picked an area of my life I was frustrated with and started the consecutive sessions. Not only was I relaxed and feeling rejuvenated at the end of each one, I started to notice a shift in my thinking early in the process and by the time I was done, Wow! It's great that changing can be this easy and doesn't have to be forced.
She also teaches how to use the law of attraction by walking you through it. It's apparently designed to listen to one process a day which stretches it out to about 8 days, but I did it in 2 days and it still worked great. It's generic enough to apply to any area of life that you want improved results, yet guided well enough that you can be very specific. I will look forward to future works from this presenter / author. After engaging in her system, I highly recommend it.

worth the time
I've gifted this to a few people who needed help getting unstuck in their lives. For a brief moment I was irritated that it was a series of mental exercises, rather than a regular book but I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did. I feel more relaxed, more positive, more grateful, more hopeful and like I have a barrier to negativity. I am seeing the results in the positive response I'm getting from my family and I feel ready to change my career now (I was too nervous before). It was educational and proved to be an elegant system. It was like an entire weekend workshop for less than 20 bucks and I've spent a lot more than that for far less results in the past. Good stuff!
