weird story

Would you try another book from Joel Joel Thielke and/or Rachael Meddows?

sorry to say but the story she tells is horrific. i know they're trying to make a point about letting go, but killing a bird? couldn't they think of another story? it didn't resonate with me. and then you tell the story again in a different chapter. not good.

What was most disappointing about Joel Joel Thielke’s story?

bad option for people trying to let go

Mostly just put me to sleep.

Later they played running water and I had to go to the toilet. Needed more guidance and less sound just to fill in time.

Worth a try!

This book was easy to follow or just have on in the background through headphones while falling asleep & I liked the ambient sounds which if you are a fitful sleeper you fall in and out of awareness of.
It certainly helped me shut my busy monkey brain off a little bit from leaping around.
I’m not sure if the extravagant hopes of letting go of negativity & the past will come to fruition, but it’s worth a go isn’t it? The price is reasonable for something that has the positive benefit it promises.
I loved the ocean sounds & found it really soothing
I have to admit I downloaded this a little in exasperation, during a fitful nights sleep & I awoke, that first morning I used it, feeling refreshed & like had had a lot more sleep than the clock would say that I had.
Definitely worth a go with an open mind. I will listen to this a lot I think - very well worth it.
