Good points. This is not yet another diet book stating this is the only program to lose weight. The book itself is fair and it may assist some in weight loss but, the content is a bit broad. There are many factors that involve weight loss. The author speak in terms of limited beliefs as one of the causes provide some tools on how to overcome them but, as anyone with limiting belief can attest unless outside resources are implemented to reinforce the new perspectives received i.e. therapist, counseling, groups, friends, family, church, the mind will default to it's normal programming and thus remove the gains over time. Aside from this, the narrator sounds like a robot so, hard to concentrate.
