Excellent set of audiobooks
I loved the variety of affirmations. They all had a great message and were themed according to self esteem, living genuinely, finding peace and becoming a more positive person. I couldn't listen to everything in one sitting, but it's not an audio that requires that. You can skip around, which is another plus as I tend to browse.
Maybe The Secret or another affirmations book. I listened to "Rewire Your Brain: 300 Affirmations for Positive Thinking" years ago and am glad to hear it included in this book.
I find these are great to listen to in the morning to start the day off right. It helps me set good intentions and great into a positive mindset before the sun comes out. Once the day starts, I'm already in a good mood and feel like I can handle stress better. It's a helpful affirmations package.
