Great way to get more laughter in your life!

This is a great audio book. Just listening to it had me laughing, and then actually practicing the techniques has made a huge difference in my every day life. After laughing for 5 minutes or so I tend to feel great for the rest of the day and be in a better mood as well. We need more of this in life! Highly recommended.

This was a fun listen. I smiled through most of it and occasionally did a little half-laugh as I jogged along, but I enjoyed pretty much all of it.

Interesting concept of laughter therapy explained

This had some really interesting points on the physiological and psychological benefits of laughter, for example in dealing with trauma and stress. A nice, short audio book that had me really laughing in parts when I tried some of the techniques.
