Publisher's Summary

When you know your worth, you keep the right people around you, make healthy decisions and understand your own value. Knowing your worth leads you towards becoming the best you can be, because you know what you bring to the table. This hypnosis is designed to bring the best out of you by transforming how you see yourself.
Day version: This quick version is great for daytime use when you are able to relax and close your eyes. It can be used bright and early at the start of your day, or during your off time.
Night version: This hypnosis is designed to be used during sleep. It starts with the hypnosis and gradually becomes a subliminal message - bypassing your conscious and directly reaching your subconscious wiring. Listen to this version on a low volume.
It is recommended to listen to either the day or night version for at least three weeks or whenever you feel it would be beneficial for you. Use this hypnosis to increase your self-confidence, unleash your inner alpha and believe in yourself.

Any additional comments?

This is magnificent for the way it brings out of you things you already know about yourself but forgot a long time ago. Maybe as a child, you realized you were inherently valuable as a human being, worthy of love (of course!). As an adult, after experience teaches us to think differently, I know that I've forgotten my true value on more than one occasion, and in more than one bad relationship. Thank you for reminding me about me.

Eye Opening and Inspiring

Any additional comments?

This is an eye opening hypnosis that reminds you of everything you already know about yourself, but often forget. It's a lesson for the deeper part of the soul, the part that drives your actions and forms your thoughts. It's beautiful, inspiring and revealing.
