PDF downloads ...

This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes, and the 28 day plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding. Love the Ketogenic Recipes!

What other book might you compare Ketogenic Diet to, and why?

Nothing to compare..This ketogenic diet book is different than most. For starters, it gives you the science behind the process. It explains ketosis and how it plays into the keotgenic lifestyle.

Any additional comments?

That is about the first third of the book. The rest of it is an outline including ketogenic recipes and food that facilitate the process. The information is straight forward and easy to understand. I'm so glad I found the ketogenic diet cookbook. You will be too! A great book to be shared with friends for a diet plan.

Ketogenic diet is the way to go.

What did you like best about this story?

I would have liked to read more details about putting the diet into practice step by step. the author left nothing back, and shared about his own personal journey and experiences with the ketogenic diet. Thumbs Up

Yet, what I really think differentiated this ketogenic diet book away from the others was the step by step guide that really delved into the smaller details which this diet entailed. Things which you may miss out after you are caught up in the enthusiasm of going on the ketogenic diet after reading up on all the fantastic benefits.
