too much preface to meditation

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I prefer to jump right in to meditation and this had too much of a preface for my taste. The Tibetan bell rang, which in my experience, usually signals the beginning of meditation. That wasn't the case with this recording. The narrators voice was soothing to my ear, but there was too much extra talking for me.

If you’ve listened to books by Loretta Siani before, how does this one compare?
