Simple and yet powerful
Some may feel long winded explanations of concepts are what is required to create deep awareness, but Anil finds a way for those who want to cut right to the heart of it to find awareness and solutions for their relationships and lives. I’ll be rereading this book with my 3 boys and talking through implementing the suggested practices. And I’ll definitely be using the “Cease Fire” strategy in my relationship.
