After years of caring for a family member with dementia, my sleep was crushed down to about 2-4 hours per night - disrupted. I was a wreck. So when things changed, I knew I needed help to get back to normal. I read many books and articles and then accidentally came across this most valuable audio book. While I would also recommend learning about Why sleep is so important, that will not fix the issue.... THIS WILL (or at least did for me). And now I'm not sure I really ever slept well in my life! Never 8 hrs consistently anyway, like I do now. And when that happens, you will be a new person. Calm, energetic, smart and happy. That's what I call normal. I highly recommend it because it literally fixed my life!
