useless!!! didn't help at all.

Most of it is just music and maybe 5 minutes of talking I was curious as to why it wasn't helping so I skimmed through and realized I slept to almost 8 hours of music and that was it. so a typical night for me. so just listen to music and have someone say quit smoking while you are asleep it might work better than this. waste of money.
