What did you love best about How to Stop Feeling Like Sh*t?
Yes! It's making me realize a lot of things I do that keep me stuck - numb'ing out, and how to have more empathy, which is important for having better relationships and friendships!

Our minds, stories we tell ourselves, how we were raised, and societal stuff can keep us stuck, or even from realizing what is possible for our lives. Andrea helps you "see" what is going on so you can begin to make changes that will help you kick some booty in life, and in an easy to understand way!

I have been following Andrea's work since 2014 when I stumbled upon her podcast by chance. Since then I have listened to every episode, hearing her grow as a coach, a leader and an amazing woman. She has inspired so much positive change in my life and I'm so grateful for the work she does.
I came to this book at a time of personal and professional turmoil, feeling like much of what I'd built was unravelling and I didn't know what had happened. This book made me realise how many of my "old habits" has snook back in and has been so useful in beginning my journey to stop doing things that make me feel like shit!

Simply Fantastic ! the way Andrea delivers the information with lightness and humour worked SO well for me . I laughted our loud and nodded during so much of it as if I was sitting chatting to a friend . I will be listening again and again . There is so much useful information for personal development - I would recommend highly
