This is a really pleasant, easy going and wonderful way to learn how to meditate at home. I've meditated before, but there are so many ways to do it I don't really do it alone. The guidance helps to get you in the right mindset and steer you in the right direction. Great work.

I found this to be a great refresher and a non-intimidating way to practice meditate even though I'm short on time lately. I don't have time to go to a meditation retreat, but I can pretend I'm at one with this!
