Easy to listen

What did you love best about How to Manage Stress Without Hurting Someone: Best Ways to Cope with Stress at Work & Home?

I love the various tips that can be indeed very helpful at home and work.
Stress is so negative and we need better ways to cope with LIFE itself! This book was very helpful.

What about L. David Harris’s performance did you like?

First, I love the narrator, it was easy to listen too, which makes the experience tolerable and easy to follow. He was clear, and read in a nice pace, not too fast and not to slow! He was very engaging and it was a joy listening to all the various tips about how to deal with stress.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Chapter 2 was very informative and I will use some of those tips on my job!
