Mostly trash, and filler. Do not buy!
Would you try another book from Les Giblin and/or Pat Reilly?
If this is an example of what to expect then no, never.
What do you think your next listen will be?
A book with actual content and not 85% of it informing the reader/listener of the importance of being able to deal with people. I KNOW it's important that is why I made the purchase ... STOP wasting my time with stories and study results concluding its importance and share the tools.
