Excellent help book

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, if they were having the same difficulty as I have been having. It has helped boost my confidence, and see things from a different perspective.

What was one of the most memorable moments of How to Deal with Difficult People?

The realization that I also need to change, and that I am too passive possibly causing some of the (passive) aggressive people in my life to treat me the way that they do.

Which character – as performed by Katy Carmichael – was your favorite?

I don't have a favorite, but I can say that it was helpful to hear some of the stories that I can relate to.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I often found myself sitting in the car in my garage, after I arrived home from my 40 minute commute, listening to the book until I found a good stopping point.

Any additional comments?

I enjoyed listening to the narrator's voice. It was very pleasant, and understandable.

A lot of good stuff--generalities too

Overall, this book was good. It starts with generalities, and ends with them too. But in between there a lot of good examples that help you with practical advice and tactics you can use right was good to read about some of the examples of people that are difficult to deal with, and ways to confront them brother wise work with them to get things done. This is especially true of difficult people on the workplace. I'm not so sure the book to going to any level of detail to truly dealing with an impossible person. Still, a good read.
