Excellent Advice

Would you consider the audio edition of How to Cure a Commitment Phobic to be better than the print version?

It's a difficult thing being involved with a CP. I think she offers excellent advice. It is a lot easier to listen to than implement though. I hate the fact that women have to give up there desires for a man and that we have to do all the work, but being in my fifties it's exactly the way it is...I wish I had learned these lessons much sooner in life. Good relationship advice CP or not.

nothing new. Kelley's tone is a bit arrogant

When it comes to psychological matter, advice and examples from real life are more appreciated than recipes
