Highly Recommended

This was an excellent book that opened my eyes to many of my own false and irrational beliefs. Made a difference in my life. WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY.

Very difficult to follow in an audible format

While the foundation and concepts of his teachings are excellent, following this in an audible format is excrutiating. The author uses so many acronyms that it becomes cumbersome to listen to and difficult to follow. Had he actually read the full words it would have been much more informational and useful. For example, he might say something like we work on your RBs to dispute your IBs so that your RBs begin to dissolve your IBs... After a while, which B are we talking about? Book may be great, but I can't recommend this audible until it is edited and revised for this format.

Chapters one and two were excellent, chapter three less so

The book was orated well, it was useful in its description of the main issues and very much realistic about the scope of the problem for most. It offered practical steps to rationally overcome the issues at hand as well as good practical steps.
