The book is a summary of key points for building good habits and self-discipline. There are a lot of examples of eating healthy and losing weight as a lot of people can relate to that. Some tips are obvious, like replace candies with fruits or don't go shopping when you're hungry. There are also suggestions for small changes, like meditate for a minute or exercise for five minutes and build on that over time. The hardest part is getting started.
