Concise, a nice overview of coaching and brief. Perhaps too brief, but loaded with "good stuff" to help you find balance in your life and understand things which can get in your way of reaching your goals. Lots of information here to give you food for thought and inspire you to smooth out your path to get where you need to go while keeping in line with your values and desires.

Decent info thought outdated in some ways now but performance was terrible
It makes sense that it’s out of date in some ways in 2018 as it was published in 2012. There’s still some good and relevant info in here and a few things that will come in handy.
The performance was really terrible though. It seems to have been recorded in a home studio and it’s not well done. For the first section or two there is a squeak that is so annoying I had to stop the audio a few times to take a break. I’m not sure if it’s a bird or what but it’s definitely in the recording. Later there are gaps and overlaps. At several points you can hear clicking of a mouse or keyboard - presumably as she’s scrolling through sections. Topping it off is her sing-songy voice like she’s reading a book to children. If it was a much longer book, I wouldn’t have finished it with all of these distracting and annoying issues.
It’s worth the ~$5 I paid for it but not worth an Audible credit!
