Ugh. Learn what a BOOK is :\
Would you try another book from John Bridges and/or Kirby Heyborne?
Possibly, if done in proper format. This isn't really a book to me. A book to me is defined as something consisting of paragraphs, a point, and structure.
What could John Bridges have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
This should be titled, "How to be a Gentleman: An Extremely Large Collection of Bulletpoints" as every sentence begins with "A Gentleman..." so hearing that, over and over and over and over can be extremely annoying. I got through about 15 minutes (or chapter 1) before wanting to turn it off. I didn't, thinking that this was like an introductory chapter and what I expected was to come, but EVERY CHAPTER is like this. I should have listened to the audio sample before buying. I was looking for a book on this importance of courtesy and manners and the tagline of contemporary courtesy intrigued me, ultimately to annoy me once I really started to listen.
Did Kirby Heyborne do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
There are no characters :\
Was How to Be a Gentleman worth the listening time?
It is extremely informative, if someone can handle it's only structure of hearing "A Gentleman..." every 5 to 10 seconds.
Any additional comments?
LISTEN TO THE AUDIO SAMPLE!!

This would be good for a young listener that did not have the opportunity to learn good etiquette at home or the military. It did confirm my feelings that a vast majority of men are blatantly rude with the way they use their mobile electronic gadgets. I wish that chapter was mandatory listening for everyone that owned a cell phone.
