Basic Information

This book is ideal if you have no idea what patience or impatience is, and if you do not know that taking a deep breath can help calm you. Other than that, this book has no value.

pretty helpful

pretty helpful in discussing why we sometimes get impatient, how to be more patient and how Impatience is not always a bad thing. it was short and sweet but very helpful. recommend.
