Let the light shine
After listening a few times I was able to say anything (without anger) to anyone. I found my voice and I came alive inside. I was set free! I could see my resentments toward people, and just seeing them they were neutralized and fanished.
I found GRACE! I patiently watch the CRAZY world just go around me now. Before, everything from the world went inside me and stayed there and affected me. Not any more. I'm Free at last. I always thought I was crazy, but it isn't me that is crazy it is the rest of the world.
The biggest contribution to listening to the CD was that i was able to communicate with my wife. People won't believe it until it happens to them, but my six year old daughters eczema disappeared within two months and her asthma is 90% better since my relationship with my wife changed. A nice perspective
I liked the simplicity in his approach to repairing any number of mental health problems you might have. He concisely points out major self-inflicted causes for these problems.
It may have been too short... and some examples or success stories may have been nice
