The impact this had on me the following day was great. While my general disposition is already what I'd consider normal and neutral, I found that my mood was elevated and saw humor in many things. Likely a side effect of the true intent of this audio. So far I've only listened once and plan to listen again soon. In general it's recommended to listen to these types of audio every day or night for 3 weeks - like a therapy - but I see no such recommendation from the publisher. I was more engaged at work, saw the points people were trying to make - quicker, and all around more astute and prone to laughter.
What is most surprising is that there aren't very many other reviews of this hypnosis audiobook. Best kept secret and I'm glad to have found it. I also have hopes that this deeper mode of relaxation might assist with my borderline high blood pressure by setting my body back into a healing and recovery mode while being so relaxed.
