This is an excellent book filled with practical advice and interesting anecdotes to encourage good habits, starting with three minutes in the morning, but spilling over to the rest of life. The author does a fabulous job reading in the audiobook. Her voice is warm and personable. Altogether the book reads like advice from a wise and interesting friend.

Would you consider the audio edition of Hello Mornings to be better than the print version?
I am a busy mom but want to read more. I love that I can listen to audible books while multitasking (in the shower, driving, walking/exercising).
Have you listened to any of Kat Lee’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Love that this is narrated by Kat Lee. I listen to her podcasts and find her easy to listen too.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Hello Mornings?
I've already started implementing the 3 minute morning. I love the advice to keep it simple and develop the habit instead of striving for perfection, failing and then giving up. This is the advice I give to my patients and clients regarding their wellness journey, but I have struggled to apply this to my devotional life/morning routine.
