Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I wrote an in depth review on Rachael's protection from negativity book. This is about the same. It's simple British common sense. Just do it. I got these meditations for insomnia. They work. This is my 4th book from Rachel. I put on my headphones, turn on Rachael and she talks while I sleep. I did join the pool. Swam 5 laps, then 20, the third time 34 laps. Is it the tape? I don't know. But I'm a Rachael fan.

Have you listened to any of the narrator’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes. I pick a different one each night before bed.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Like I said in other reviews, she talks I sleep great all night. I'm really stress free. I havnt made it 2 hours awake. She tells you point blank. Goto sleep, ill do the rest.

Really bad product. Her voice is pleasant and she reads well, but you aren't going to relax into a trance state with a friendly voice briskly making 'positive' comments at you. She's like your annoyingly cheerful mate at work trying to jolly you along by stating the obvious.
On top of which, since I was painfully awake and did try to plod through it all I can say of later chapters is - nice ocean sound track. No voice.
So - definitely a poor purchase. Steer clear - there are far better choices on audible.
