Minimal content, mostly basic music
Joel's voice is soothing but there is almost nothing to this! Wondering why this was titled as grief help when it was mostly a guided meditation for sleep. It is super short and mostly simply produced music. At the end a woman's voice jarringly announces what you've been listening to. Not what I anticipated for the $$ and I almost always highly rate purchases.
