This has been one of the most influential books in my own development and further understanding of how my brain and body works. I recommend this book to everyone I know whenever the topic of mental health, personal development, or book club comes up in the conversation.

I consider this book a motivational one for me.

I consider this book a motivational one for me. Good daily habits that I can try to improve myself, an action plan in improve, transform, be healthy and be happy. I like most is the eating habits...very useful ideas to do everyday and I think that’s really effective. I like how this book provides good action plan for each habits.

Great book to read.

Great book to read if you want to transform your daily eating into a more healthy and beneficial dietary routine. I work two jobs and using this book, I have been able to transform my lunchbox diet into one that's fresh and healthy instead of bland and processed. Amazing.

Excellent.

Excellent comprehensive discussion of improving eating, movement, sleep and stress. I have had the most success with losing and maintaining my weight than ever before. This program is fabulous.

Very useful.

A wonderfully clear and articulate explanation of how and why we feel as we do. This book is extremely helpful in guiding the reader through the steps needed to change a habit, and offers useful information on what motivates us to act.
