Even though this book is short, it is a very helpful book that offers ways to change bad habits into good habits. I really enjoy the extras that the author provided, such as free worksheets and a free e-book. The narrator did a great job.

I choose this book thinking it would be good for someone else. Little did I know... This was just what I needed.
