POSITIVE HABITS

Habits are hard to break so it's great to develop good ones. This book is a great on how to build strong and positive habits in order to better your life. I like that simple daily routines can actually make a huge impact in one's life. For anyone feeling down or looking to make a change, this book is a great one and can be very practical.
