wonderful way to fall asleep

Would you listen to Guided Sleep Meditation: Fall Asleep Faster and Get Better Sleep with Beach Hypnosis and Meditation again? Why?

Yes, I found this to be effective at getting me to sleep on a low volume, so I see myself listening to it again when I have trouble sleeping.

I like how quickly this works. Gets you to sleep with very little effort on your part.

Each chapter has the same narration

Which character – as performed by Deanna Sanders – was your favourite?

For myself, Deanna Sanders's voice was perfect for his type of book. Very soothing and relaxing.

Any additional comments?

Every chapter has the same narration so don't expect variation.There are a lot of breathing exercises. I would have liked an option of less in other chapters.I have/had mild insomnia for years. After a week on this I guess I am sleeping within 15 minutes.Not perfect but worth a try. Worked great for me.Note: I haven't tried any other of this type on audible so I have nothing to compare it to.
