Would you listen to Guided Meditation to Overcome Frustration again? Why?

I will definitely be listening to 'Guided Meditation to Overcome Frustration' again and am planning to listen for the recommended 21 days to get the most benefit from the suggestions. Because the recording is only 42 minutes, it is no problem to make the time to listen each day.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Guided Meditation to Overcome Frustration?

The most memorable part of this recording for me is the sense of peace and relaxation I got from listening. Also I felt much brighter afterwards.

Visualising different types of energy as having colours (you choose the colours) is very effective and makes it much easier to think about changing your internal energy.

Although most of the guided meditation doesn't directly talk about 'frustration', it does address the negative internal energy that results from frustration. I found this approach to be a more effective way of dealing with the stress caused by being frustrated. To conclude, 'Guided Meditation to Overcome Frustration' is great value at $5.95 and definitely helps to develop more positive energy. Highly recommended.
