Stay sane - grab this audio for lunch & chill!

Everything you need to keep it together and gain your focus in a short period of time. Stretching, how to sit (great for finding a quiet corner with headphones), full instructions how to clear negativity from your mind, then blessed peace as you follow the audio to being surprised it's over. Leaves me relaxed and ready to handle whatever comes next in my world.

It's short and it does the job. Exactly what I need and so convenient to keep on my phone.

The narrator is clear, unobtrusive, and pleasant to listen to. Background tones are the perfect cues to relax and focus.

Just like having your own private teacher/guide right there next to you. Repeat as needed when you get a block of time. So glad to have it!
