I was given this in exchange for an unbiased review. This is the first meditation book I have listened to. It actually helped me to focus on what she was telling me to do. The music was just right and the narrator spoke in soothing tones that took me through the full 30 minutes. I will listen to it again.

Repeat often for best results

I first listened at a business convention when I needed to snatch a little down time. There are pauses in the presentation and I kept popping up to see if my device had turned off. But once I got into it and listened, it was better than a nap. I went back to work refreshed and focused. The hardest part is blocking the half hour needed. Once you make this audio a habit and make an appointment with yourself to listen, it's definitely worth it.
