Most Helpful

Not Horrible, Good For Beginners

I can't honestly say that this was a very good audiobook. If you are a beginner and have never even contemplated what meditation might be then you will probably get a lot more out of this. It was mostly just things I would have done myself and could have easily accomplished while listening to some soft music.

However, it did help me to relax and calm down after a stressful day at work.

Anyone experienced with meditation should look for something else, but it's a good start for beginners.

Better than many

I've been privy to many guided meditations through my work and a little bit in my free time. I don't enjoy them as a whole, and hate some. This one was better than many - its simplicity and ease without the woo-woo hot air balloons, fairies or other such props that other meditations may employ. I did a big no-no and started listening to this as I was driving - I was having a really bad day and was very tense. I had to turn it off after a few minutes because I calmed down so quickly I was afraid I'd get sleepy or distracted.
The narrator had a nice voice - very good for this sort of thing.
