Well done!! It really works!! 👏

I'm 3rd shift and trying to get good rest during the day is very hard. I really enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing voice that took me on a journey to achieve a beautiful day's sleep.
I've listened to this book twice now and all I can tell you is... I'm out like a light before the book ends. I don't even remember what all is being said. I just know how I wake up. I'm energized, I'm relaxed, and I have less stress weighing me down. This book really works for me. I'm glad I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because it really served it's purpose!!

Very helpful

I have listened to this and other meditation books by this author. They are very helpful. I enjoy them. I appreciate them when I am stressed and having trouble getting to sleep. I personally had trouble focusing on the deep breathing due to a cold, so I will try again. I received this for free for an honest review.
