Well researched and easy to implement

TARGET AUDIENCE: Written to be useful to both individuals who struggle to make basic goals, as well as those who are good at goal setting, but would just like to make their goal setting more effective.

CONTENT: Very well researched, yet not overly academic. I was really impressed with this book. It is only about two hours long, and encourages you to take a break in the middle in order to implement what was being taught. The author expects that it will take you some time to read this book, and you work on your personal goals. The book is just the right length for this topic.

NARRATOR: Added to the content of the book. Well read, and kept me listening.

OVERALL: I highly recommend this book. As a counselor I will be recommending this book to many of my clients and friends. I plan on implementing many of the ideas from this book in my own life.
