Can't recommend highly enough

I have listened to this book over and over. I even purchased the print version so that I could refer to the exercises quickly. It's a great help to people who struggle with worry and anxiety.

Not for me

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. Very long and sterile.

Has Freeing Yourself from Anxiety put you off other books in this genre?

No. There are many other books I have found interesting and helpful.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Seems very clinical and sterile. I forced myself to keep listening and even then I couldn't finish it,

Do you think Freeing Yourself from Anxiety needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No I think the 10 hours of audio is by far enough.
